The altercation, reported as a domestic dispute, occurred around 2 p.m. and prompted the Los Angeles Police Department’s Hollywood Division to respond.
Dumontet, 45, stands accused of hurling a bag containing a glass bottle at an unnamed victim. However, the bag missed its intended target and struck a child instead, according to authorities.

Representatives for Christine Quinn have yet to issue a statement in response to the incident.
Dumontet and Quinn tied the knot in 2019 in a ceremony featured on the third season of Netflix’s reality show “Selling Sunset,” which documents the lives of real estate agents at the Oppenheimer Group’s Los Angeles branch.
While Quinn was a prominent figure in the show’s earlier seasons, she departed after the fifth season.
The couple welcomed their first child, a son, in May 2021, a moment also chronicled during Quinn’s tenure on the reality series.
