Even if they don’t have a husband or kids, they still need a team behind them. I have learned to delegate activities to some of the people I work with. My husband and children support me a lot.”

Nigerian comedienne, Real Warri Pikin has advised people who consistently help others at the detriment of themselves. She claimed in a video that was uploaded to her Instagram page that some people are depressed and experiencing persistent mental health problems because they appear to have put themselves in such situations.

In light of the International Women’s Day celebrated on Friday, March 8, 2024, the comedienne stated that seeing many women in the entertainment industry is great, but things could be even better. “It is mainly about how we see ourselves. Speaking from my experience, when I started doing stand-up comedy, many people bashed me online, because I am a woman. It would be great for women to rise above those stereotypes and not bother about the distraction or the narrative that they are women,” she added.
