Renowned Nollywood actor, Funsho Adeolu has declared that any Nigerian actor who is now a politician or into politics should not be regarded as an actor. During the interview, Adeolu argued that an actor should not go into politics, claiming that politicians do a lot of “dishonorable things”.

The actor, however, did not provide sufficient evidence to back his claims. “Trying to be known by force. Like doing everything to make sure that they build their Instagram followers. By buying big cars, and going to parties. By doing things that are not honorable and they are supposed to be role models,” he said.

When Teju Babyface asked Adeolu to explain what he meant by “dishonorable things”, Adeolu answered: “Like I am an actor now, I should not be seen fighting outside. I should not be seen answering everybody insulting me on social media.
