Dr. Poku Adusei, a Law Lecturer and Director, Legal, at the National Communications Authority (NCA), has raised concerns suggesting that the late Deputy Finance Minister and Member of Parliament for Ejisu, Dr. John Kumah, may have died from alleged poisoning.
