Sting, born Steve Borden, comes from a family of two brothers, with Jeff Borden being his younger sibling. Unlike Sting, Jeff prefers to live away from the public eye and has no ties to the wrestling scene.

Sting’s journey in professional wrestling commenced in 1985, spanning an impressive three decades. His fame soared, particularly during his time with World Championship Wrestling (WCW), where he clinched the WCW World Heavyweight Championship six times.
Notably, Sting holds the distinction of being the only WCW World Champion to participate in three distinct pay-per-view events: Clash of the Champions, SuperBrawl, and WCW World War 3.

Following the acquisition of WCW by WWE in 2001, Sting opted not to join the company. Instead, he graced the rings of Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) for more than ten years, earning another world championship title.
In a surprising move in 2020, at the age of 61, Sting inked a deal with All Elite Wrestling (AEW). His debut alongside Darby Allin saw him clinch the AEW World Tag Team Championship, a testament to his enduring impact on the wrestling universe.
Although Sting never officially crossed paths with WWE, his legendary status, coupled with his iconic rivalry with WWE star Hulk Hogan, cemented his status as a wrestling icon transcending various promotions.
