Where is TUDN headquarters?

TUDN, originally Televisa Deportes Network, is a Mexican sports television channel owned and operated by TelevisaUnivision Mexico through its specialized channels subsidiary TelevisaUnivision Networks.

In May 2019, it was announced that Televisa Deportes Network and Univision Deportes Network would be renamed as TUDN. The new branding is a combination of the abbreviations TDN and UDN, but the first two letters are also pronounced as the Spanish adjective “tu” (your), so the name may also be read as “Tu deport’s network” (“Your sports network”).

TUDN will be promoted as a multi-platform brand, and the Mexican and American stations will work closer together, allowing for more studio programming in the morning and midday hours.

In February 2020, Searchlight Capital Partners, LP (“Searchlight”) and ForgeLight LLC (“ForgeLight”) acquired a 64% majority stake in Univision, Televisa to keep their 36% minority stake. In December 2020, former Viacom CFO Wade Davis replaced Sadusky to become CEO, effective as of the closing of the transaction.
