Myles Truitt is the American actor who played the role of Issa Williams in the American superhero drama television series “Black Lightning”.

Son of Monte Jackson and Danielle Jackson was born on February 1, 2002, in Atlanta, Georgia, United States.

Truitt began his acting career at age 15 in the 2017 American biographical three-part miniseries “The New Edition Story” playing Young Ronnie DeVoe.

After his superb performance in “The New Edition Story”, Truitt went on to star as Arlo Hastings in two episodes of the American television mystery-drama series “Superstition”.

Before his breakthrough role in “Kin”, Truitt first acted in “Jay” and “Atlanta”.

From 2018 to 2019, Truitt portrayed Ant in the American drama television series “Queen Sugar” which was created and executive produced by Ava DuVernay.

In 2021, he began playing the main role of B-Mickie in the American crime drama television series created by Randy Huggins.
