Fabian Edwards Parents: Meet His Father and Mother

Fabian Edwards, the rising star in the world of mixed martial arts (MMA), has captivated audiences with his skill and determination in the Middleweight division of Bellator MMA.

While much is known about his achievements inside the cage, details about his parents remain private, shrouded in mystery.

Born in Kingston, Jamaica, Fabian Edwards spent his early years in challenging circumstances. His family shared a single bed in a one-room wooden house, a humble abode that belied the struggles they faced.

Edwards’ father played a prominent role in the neighborhood as the leader of a local gang, known by the moniker “The General.” Growing up amidst gang activity and frequent gun violence, Edwards became desensitized to the dangers that surrounded him.

When Fabian was seven years old, his parents parted ways, and his father, already residing in London, continued to support the family financially from afar.

In search of a better life and to be closer to his father, Fabian, along with his family, made the journey to England.

Initially settling in London and later relocating to Aston, Birmingham, the Edwards family encountered new challenges, including the presence of gangs in their new surroundings.

It wasn’t until they discovered mixed martial arts (MMA) and established Team Renegade that their lives began to change. MMA provided Fabian and his brother, Leon, with an outlet to channel their energy and ambitions positively.

Tragedy struck when Fabian was around 11 years old, as his father met a tragic end in a London nightclub. Left to navigate life without their patriarch, Fabian and Leon leaned on their mother for support as she assumed the role of sole provider and caregiver.

Encouraged by his brother, Fabian embarked on his MMA journey at the age of 16, following in Leon’s footsteps.
