Mark Mitchell Jr. is an American college basketball player who represents the Duke Blue Devils in the Atlantic Coast Conference. Mitchell was raised in Kansas City, Kansas, and first attended Bishop Miege High School.

In his sophomore season, he averaged 21.6 points, 8.7 rebounds, 2.7 assists, and 1.8 blocks per game. Mitchell won the DiRenna Award as the best player in the Kansas City region, posting 18 points and six rebounds per game as Bishop Miege won the Kansas Class 4A state championship.

Mitchell began his first year at Duke as a starter at forward. During his rookie season, he started 35 games, averaged 9.1 points and 4.5 rebounds, and shot 46.9% from the field.
