His prowess on the court made him one of the standout players in the 2024 recruiting class. However, Cadeau decided to accelerate his journey to collegiate basketball, reclassifying to 2023 and choosing the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill as his next destination.
As a freshman with the Tar Heels, Cadeau has seamlessly transitioned into the collegiate arena, earning recognition as the 2023-24 Preseason ACC Rookie of the Year.
