Masuaku’s football journey began in the youth setups of Lille OM.S. Fives (2001–2003), RC Lens (2003–2008), and Valenciennes (2008–2013).
After honing his skills in the Valenciennes youth team for five seasons, Masuaku received a call-up to the senior side in 2013.
His Ligue 1 debut on August 10, 2013, against Toulouse, marked the beginning of a promising career.
