Initially arriving on loan from Charlton Athletic in January 2017, Lookman made an immediate impact with a stunning goal against Manchester City just days after his debut.
His explosive pace and direct style caught the eye, although opportunities for consistent game time remained limited during his loan spell.
The following year saw Lookman transition to a permanent deal with Everton in January 2018.
Over the course of his contract, which stretched until June 2019, he featured more regularly, making notable contributions including a goal in the FA Cup triumph over Lincoln City.

Despite moments of brilliance, Lookman grappled with securing a permanent spot in the starting lineup.
In total, Lookman amassed 42 appearances for Everton across various competitions, finding the net four times.
However, the quest for consistent playing time led him to depart Everton’s ranks in July 2019, opting for a permanent move to RB Leipzig.
Currently plying his trade for Atalanta BC in Serie A, Lookman’s journey has taken him across borders and allegiances.
Having represented England at youth levels, the winger recently switched allegiance to don the colors of the Nigerian national team, further underscoring his global football journey.
