Robin Gibb Children: Meet Spencer Gibb, Melissa Gibb, Robin-John Gibb

The late Robin Hugh Gibb, renowned British singer and songwriter, left behind a lasting musical legacy and a family that continues to carry on his name.

Spencer Gibb, the eldest son of Robin Gibb, has not only inherited his father’s genes but also his musical talent. Born in 1972, Spencer is a versatile musician who was a founding member of the Austin, Texas-based band 54 Seconds.

In 2007, 54 Seconds paid tribute to Gibb’s father by covering “Run to Me,” a track that found its place on the album “A Song for My Father.”

Apart from his musical endeavors, Spencer has also ventured into acting, with notable roles in films like “Hostage” (2008) and “McCartney’s Genes” (2008). He also played a role in composing the soundtrack for “Between Floors.”

Melissa Gibb, born in 1974, is the second child of Robin Gibb and his first wife, Molly. While her life has been relatively private compared to her famous father, she remains a part of the Gibb family legacy.

Robin-John Gibb, affectionately known as RJ, was born on 21 January 1983 to Robin Gibb and his wife Dwina Murphy. RJ, like his father, has been deeply involved in the world of music.

One of his notable projects was the “Titanic Requiem” (2012), a collaborative effort with his father that premiered at the Central Hall, Westminster, London. The Royal Philharmonic Orchestra and RSVP Voices brought this musical tribute to life on 10 April 2012.

In a twist of fate, at the age of 50, Robin Gibb embarked on a relationship with his 25-year-old housekeeper, Claire Yang. This union resulted in the birth of their daughter, Snow Evelyn Robin Juliet Gibb, born on 4 November 2008.
