Dani Li had her operation on Friday 19 January, but tragically died on Wednesday, Jan. 24, 2024.
She went in for liposuction on her belly and back, as well as a breast reduction.
She had the procedure in Pinhais, Brazil but is said to have suffered a complication and had to be rushed to a hospital in nearby Curitiba.

The singer took part in talent shows in her hometown and eventually moved to Macapá – about four hours away by boat – when she was 17. She went on to form Brazilian pop group ‘Banda Sensação’.
In 2008, Dani met poet Osmar Júnior, who became her producer and gave her the hit that propelled her to stardom.
Her last song was released just two months ago.
It is not clear what led to the medical complication and according to reports, she paid 25,000 BRL (£4,000) for the operation.
