Born on October 26, 1978, Sussanne is a renowned interior designer who has carved a niche for herself in the world of design and decor.

The union between Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne Khan began on December 20, 2000, in a private ceremony held in Bangalore.

Their journey to marriage followed four years of dating, and despite religious differences – Hrithik being a Hindu and Sussanne a Muslim – the couple embraced and respected each other’s beliefs.

The culmination of their love story brought forth two sons, Hrehaan in 2006 and Hridhaan in 2008. However, after 13 years of togetherness, the couple decided to part ways in 2013, finalizing their divorce a year later.

Despite the end of their marital relationship, Hrithik and Sussanne prioritized maintaining an amicable connection for the sake of their sons. Their commitment to co-parenting was evident during the lockdown in 2020 when they chose to spend the challenging period together as a family.

Beyond her association with Hrithik Roshan, Sussanne Khan has established herself as a prominent interior designer. Her journey in the field began after obtaining an Associate of Arts degree in interior designing from Brooks College in the US in 1995.

Inspired by her mother’s successful career in interior designing, Sussanne embarked on her own path in 1996. In 2011, she joined forces with Gauri Khan, another esteemed interior designer and film producer, to introduce The Charcoal Project foundation in Mumbai.

Adding to her list of accomplishments, Sussanne contributed to The Label Life, an e-commerce fashion lifestyle company established in 2012, as its first interior fashion designer. In 2014, she took a step into the educational realm by launching the official branch of the Pearl Academy campus in Mumbai, actively supporting students through scholarship programs.
