  • Sherman has made significant contributions to the art world and has received many awards and honors for her contributions to the field of photography, including the MacArthur Foundation Fellowship in 1995 and the Hasselblad Award in 2016.
  • Sherman’s work has been exhibited in numerous galleries and museums around the world, including the Museum of Modern Art in New York, the San Francisco Museum of Modern Art, and the National Museum of Modern Art in Tokyo
  • In 1982, Cindy Sherman began her Pink Robes series which includes Untitled #97, #98, #99, and #100.
  • Cindy Sherman ventured into the fashion industry with designs for Prada, Dolce & Gabbana, and Marc Jacobs. Cindy Sherman created photographs for an editorial in Harper’s Bazaar in 1993.
  • In 1994, she produced the Post Card Series for Comme des Garçons for the brand’s autumn/winter 1994–95 collections in collaboration with Rei Kawakubo.
