Field Sobriety Test and Arrest:

Upon being pulled over, Harrison was subjected to a field sobriety test, which he reportedly failed. TMZ, which first reported the news, claimed that Harrison then agreed to a breathalyzer test. However, the testing machine was allegedly malfunctioning, leading to the police obtaining a blood sample for analysis. As of now, the results of this blood sample remain undisclosed.

Harrison’s Response:

In response to the charges, Harrison expressed his intention to fight back. Speaking to the Las Vegas Review-Journal, he asserted his commitment to hiring an attorney for his defense. While acknowledging the seriousness of the situation, Harrison emphasized his determination to stand up for himself. “I’m not going to say, ‘(Screw) Metro! Drinking and driving should be legal!’” he said. “I’m not trying to be that guy. But I’m the guy who, when I get punched in the face, I am going to fight back.”
