Bobby Flay has his residence in Los Angeles. In February 2021, Flay dropped $7.6 million on a mid-century modern-inspired house in the Bird Streets neighborhood.

Bobby Flay is an American celebrity chef, restaurateur, food writer, and reality television personality best known as the owner and executive chef of Bobby’s Burger Palace, Bobby’s Burgers, and Amalfi.

In 1991, Bobby Flay opened his first restaurant, Mesa Grill. Two years later he won the James Beard Foundation’s Rising Star Chef of the Year award.

In his earlier stages, Bobby Flay held several more jobs in New York City, including one under restaurateur Jonathan Waxman.

Bobby Flay currently has Bobby’s Burgers in four locations including Caesars Palace Las Vegas, Paris Hotel Las Vegas, Harrah’s Las Vegas, and Yankee Stadium in New York City.

In November 1993,  Bobby Flay launched Bolo, a fine-dining Spanish restaurant. In 2014, Bobby Flay opened Gato, a Spanish- and Mediterranean-inflected restaurant to replace Bolo.
