How did Bobby Flay learn to cook?

Bobby Flay’s culinary career began when he was working at Joe Allen, a popular New York restaurant in which his father owned a share.

After proving his raw talent, Bobby Flay was sent to New York City’s French Culinary Institute (now the International Culinary Center), from which he emerged (1993) with an Outstanding Graduate Award.

In his earlier stages, Bobby Flay held several more jobs in New York City, including one under restaurateur Jonathan Waxman. Flay has worked with Food Network since 1995, winning four Daytime Emmy Awards and a Hollywood Walk of Fame star.

Bobby Flay is best known for his frequent appearances on the cable station Food Network, where he first garnered attention as one of the original competitors on Iron Chef America.

Bobby Flay currently has Bobby’s Burgers in four locations including Caesars Palace Las Vegas, Paris Hotel Las Vegas, Harrah’s Las Vegas, and Yankee Stadium in New York City.
