What did Aaron Rodgers say about Jimmy Kimmel?

Aaron Rodgers on a January 2 episode of ESPN’s “The Pat McAfee Show,” lamented that Jimmy Kimmel was among those named in the now-unsealed Jeffrey Epstein documents.

“There’s a lot of people, including Jimmy Kimmel, really hoping that doesn’t come out,” Rodgers disclosed.

In response to Rodgers’ false claim on X/Twitter, Kimmel wrote, “Your reckless words put my family in danger. Keep it up and we will debate the facts further in court.” He also descended on Rodgers on his late-night TV show “Jimmy Kimmel Live!”, calling him a “hamster-brained man” who “thinks he knows what the government is up to because he’s a quarterback doing research on YouTube and listening to podcasts.

Aaron Rodgers responded to Jimmy Kimmel after the late-night host threatened legal action over his comments that seem to imply Kimmel’s name might be linked to the convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein asserting on the “Pat McAfee Show” that he understands “how serious an allegation of pedophilia would be for Kimmel to get upset at,” but denied his remarks had gone that far.

“I’m not stupid enough to accuse you of that with absolutely zero evidence… I’m glad you’re not on the list because those who are on the list — and this what I think we can agree on — that at minimum there should be an inquiry into their involvement, especially if they went to the island,” he said. “And at maximum, there should be an investigation.”

“I’m glad that Jimmy is not on the list,” he added. “I really am.”
