Ramirez’s journey from a regular Chicago kid to a big-shot in Tinseltown is as amazing as his acting chops.
Initially, Ramirez was all about chasing football dreams, but high school introduced him to the world of acting. NYU’s Tisch School of the Arts polished his skills, and soon he found himself in the spotlight with gigs on “The Affair” and “Blindspot.”

The real breakthrough, however, happened in 2018 with “Assassination Nation,” paving the way for roles in Netflix’s “On My Block” and Fox’s “The Gifted.”
But it was his charismatic touch that made Hollywood bigwigs take notice. “Fanboy” wasn’t just another pilot in “Top Gun: Maverick” – Ramirez infused the character with heart and humor, holding his own against Tom Cruise.
Marvel welcomed him with open arms as Joaquin Torres in “The Falcon and the Winter Soldier,” and now, he’s gearing up for the next big Marvel chapter in “Captain America: New World Order.”
