Crombie gained fame for portraying “Crazy” Joe Davola on the popular ’90s sitcom Seinfeld, where he shared the screen with iconic figures like Jerry Seinfeld and Julia Louis-Dreyfus. In a heartfelt tribute to her ex-husband, Nadine expressed, “He was the kindest, most caring, giving, considerate man.”

Following his success on Seinfeld, Crombie secured significant roles in his career, including Greg in Rising Sun (1993) and Dr. O’Neill in Se7en (1995). It appears that he took a hiatus from Hollywood after the year 2000. His last documented credits, My Dog Skip and Walker, Texas Ranger, date back to that year. Notably, Peter also holds a professional writing credit for the 2006 short film Threshold.
