April Ferry was a costume designer from America. She received a Best Costume Design nomination at the 67th Academy Awards for her work on the film Maverick. Ferry received an Emmy Award for the costumes in the television show Rome.

April was honored with the Costume Designers Guild Career Achievement Award in 2014. She replaced Michele Clapton as the new costume designer for the majority of HBO’s epic fantasy series Game of Thrones in 2016, beginning with season 6.

Clapton eventually returned as a costume designer for the show’s seventh season. Ferry had more than 45 credits, including two films from the television series The Rockford Files.

Ferry died on January 11, 2024, at the age of 91.
