The Australian actress Sophie Wilde became well known for her role as Mia Polanco in the 2023 British teen comedy-drama television series Everything Now.
After showing interest in acting at an early age, Wilde started taking drama classes at the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) and the Australian Theatre for Young People (ATYP) from age five.
She attended Newtown High School of the Performing Arts for secondary school and then returned to NIDA, graduating in 2019 with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting.

Wilde made her first television appearance in the 2021 Stan drama series Eden as Scout.
She then followed by the role of Kyra in the BBC four-part series You Don’t Know Me.
Wilde is set to play reporter Caitlyn Spies in the 2024 upcoming Australian Netflix series Boy Swallows Universe.
Wilde was named a 2020 rising star by the Casting Guild of Australia (CGA).
