Actress Sophie Wilde is Australian by nationality.

Wilde is well known for her portrayal of Mia in the 2022 Australian supernatural horror film which was directed by Danny and Michael Philippou, Talk to Me.
She showed interest in acting at an early age, taking drama classes at the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) and the Australian Theatre for Young People (ATYP) at age five.
Wilde earned her high school education at Newtown High School of the Performing Arts for secondary school.

Following high school, she went back to NIDA where she graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Acting in 2019.
After making her television debut as Scout in the 2021 Stan drama series Eden, Wilde went ahead to secure the role of Kyra in the BBC four-part series You Don’t Know Me.
In August 2022, Wilde was cast as the lead, Mia Polanco, in the 2023 Netflix series Everything Now.
