Post his BBC 6 Music era, Keaveny ventured into new territories. He founded Community Garden Radio, an internet service where he broadcasts a live show every Wednesday. Additionally, he launched a podcast titled “Creative Cul De Sac,” exploring people’s unrealized ideas, and hosted “The Line-Up,” delving into guests’ dream festivals.

Beyond his radio endeavors, Keaveny showcased his literary prowess with the publication of his first book, “R2D2 Lives in Preston,” in November 2010. The book, a compilation of lesser-known facts about towns in the UK, reflected the collaborative spirit of his listeners.
