Currently playing for the Perth Wildcats in the National Basketball League (NBL), Cotton’s journey to basketball stardom began during his college years with the Providence Friars.
After earning two-time first-team All-Big East honors, Cotton embarked on a diverse career path. From his stint with the Austin Spurs in 2014 to brief periods with NBA teams like the Utah Jazz, Phoenix Suns, and Memphis Grizzlies, his journey also led him to China and Turkey.

In 2017, Australia became the stage for Cotton’s remarkable achievements. Joining the Perth Wildcats, he steered the team to an NBL championship within two months, showcasing his prowess with a Grand Final MVP performance.

Cotton’s accolades extended into individual recognition, winning NBL MVP awards in 2018, 2020, and 2021.
