Dillon stars in the film A Day To Die, opposite Bruce Willis, and will star again with Willis in the upcoming film Wire Room.

Post-Entourage, Dillon continued to diversify his portfolio, appearing in the CBS comedy sitcom How to Be a Gentleman in 2011 and the drama film Dirt in 2018. He also made a memorable appearance in the police procedural drama series Blue Bloods.
