Galloway’s journey into fatherhood began with his first wife, Elaine Fyffe, who gave birth to their first child, Lucy, in 1982. The bond formed during those early years undoubtedly laid the foundation for Galloway’s evolving role as a parent.

The next chapter of Galloway’s fatherhood story unfolded with his third wife, Amineh Abu-Zayyad. Two sons, Zein and Faris, were born in 2007 and 2011, respectively. This period of his life marked the expansion of his family and the introduction of the joys and challenges that come with raising sons.

Toren Mustaqim, their son, entered the world in July 2014, bringing with him the boundless possibilities of a new life. The family expanded with the arrival of a daughter, Orlá Dhien, in 2017, enriching the Galloway household with the laughter and love of a growing family.

Galloway’s reflections on fatherhood are poignant, emphasizing the life-enhancing nature of the experience. Speaking after the birth of his fifth child, he expressed his delight and hinted at the possibility of more additions to their family: “It used to be the tradition of Irish Catholic immigrants to have six children, so I’m not stopping here.

As long as God gives me breath – and energy – there will be more. It’s the best thing that ever happened to me.” The Galloway family welcomed another daughter, Òban Amaria, in August 2020, bringing joy and excitement to their lives once again.
