Bill Burgess served as the head coach of the Jacksonville State University Gamecocks for an impressive 12 seasons, spanning from 1985 to 1996. His tenure culminated in a pinnacle moment for the team, securing the NCAA Division Two National Championship in 1992. Burgess’s coaching prowess is evident in his overall record at JSU, boasting an 84-49-4 tally.
