Former professional football player and manager Lee David Bowyer hails from England. At the moment, he leads Montserrat as head coach.

He played midfield for more than 18 years as a professional, making appearances for Charlton Athletic, Leeds United, West Ham United, Newcastle United, Birmingham City, and Ipswich Town.
Bowyer, a schoolboy who joined Charlton Athletic, played for the youth team Senrab after being born in Canning Town, London.
Bowyer, who inked a two-and-a-half-year contract, took Aitor Karanka’s position as Birmingham City’s head coach on March 16, 2021.

After taking over the Montserrat national football team in September 2023, Bowyer won his first game in command, a 3-2 victory over Barbados.
