Derek Hough is a multi-talented American artist known for his prowess in Latin and ballroom dance, choreography, acting, and singing.

From 2007 to 2016, Hough made a significant impact as a professional dancer on the ABC dance competition series “Dancing with the Stars,” securing an unprecedented six victories with his celebrity partners. This remarkable feat had garnered him eleven Primetime Emmy Awards nominations for Outstanding Choreography, with three wins.

Hough’s influence extended beyond the dance floor when he transitioned to a judging role on “Dancing with the Stars” from its 29th season onwards.

Beyond television, Hough demonstrated his acting chops on stage, notably in the West End premiere of “Footloose: The Musical” at the Novello Theatre and the 2015 New York Spring Spectacular at Radio City Music Hall.
