This high-security prison, located in County Durham, England, is known for housing some of the country’s most notorious criminals. Fuller shares his confinement with other high-profile prisoners, including Wayne Couzens and Michael Stone.

Fuller’s life took a dark turn when he was convicted of the murders of Wendy Knell, 25, and Caroline Pierce, 20, in 2021. These heinous crimes took place in 1987, as Fuller strangled and sexually assaulted the victims after breaking into their homes in Royal Tunbridge Wells, Kent.

The case, widely known as the Bedsit murders, remained unsolved for decades until advancements in forensic technology led to Fuller’s identification in 2020.

On December 15, 2021, Fuller received a life sentence with a whole life order, indicating that he will spend the rest of his life behind bars without the possibility of parole. This severe sentence reflects the gravity of his crimes and the profound impact on the victims’ families.

In addition to the murder convictions, Fuller faced further legal consequences for his disturbing actions. He received an additional 12-year sentence for mortuary offences. During his employment as an electrician at the Kent and Sussex Hospital in Tunbridge Wells, as well as the Tunbridge Wells Hospital in Pembury, Fuller recorded himself abusing the bodies of more than 100 female corpses.
