J.Y. Park, the multifaceted South Korean singer-songwriter, record producer, and reality television show judge, has expanded his family in recent years, welcoming two daughters with his new wife. While the identity of his current wife remains undisclosed, J.Y. Park has openly shared the joyous moments of becoming a father once again.

The journey into fatherhood with his new wife commenced on January 25, 2019, with the birth of their first daughter. In celebration of this significant event, J.Y. Park composed a heartfelt song titled “This Small Hand.”

The song not only served as a tribute to his newborn daughter but also carried poignant undertones as it paid homage to his father, who, unfortunately, was in the late stages of Alzheimer’s disease and could no longer recognize him.

Accompanied by a documentary-style music video released on February 9, the song became a touching portrayal of the circle of life, family bonds, and the passage of time. In a compassionate gesture, all proceeds from the song were directed to the Green Umbrella Foundation (ChildFund Korea) to support children in need.

The joy of fatherhood continued for J.Y. Park, as he welcomed his second daughter. On March 9, 2020, he took to Instagram to share a delightful glimpse of his newborn’s feet. Alongside the photo, he expressed both gratitude and humility, acknowledging the blessings he had received. In his message, J.Y. Park recognized the challenges faced by many and expressed a hope for collective strength in overcoming crises.
