Who is Lim Se-rung? All about Lee Jung-jae’s girlfriend

Lim Se-rung is a South Korean entrepreneur and the girlfriend of Lee Jung-jae, a prominent South Korean actor and filmmaker.

The couple has been together since 2015. Lim Se-rung is the Vice Chairwoman and one of the heiresses of the Daesang group, a large business corporation in South Korea.

Lim Se-rung was previously married to Lee Jae-Yong, the CEO of Samsung Electronics and the only son of Lee Kun-hee, the late chairman of Samsung Electronics.

Lee Jung-jae and Lim Se-rung have been together for the past seven years. She accompanied Lee Jung-jae at the screening of his film “Hunt” at the 75th Cannes Film Festival and the 2021 LACMA Film Gala.

Lee Jung-jae gave a special thank you to Lim Se-rung in the end credits of his directorial debut movie “Hunt”. Lee Jung-jae won Best Actor awards at the Blue Dragon Film Awards for City of the Rising Sun (1999), at the Fantasporto Director’s Week for The Housemaid (2010), and at the Buil Film Awards for Assassination (2015).

Lee Jung-jae began his career as a fashion model before transitioning to acting. In 2021, Lee gained international fame for his starring role in the hit Netflix series “Squid Game” (2021– ; Ojing-eo geim).
