Born to parents Claude Sirieix and an unnamed mother, Fred’s early life was influenced by the healthcare industry. Both of his parents were dedicated professionals in healthcare, fostering an environment where the importance of patient care was a recurring theme.

In his own words, Sirieix reflects on the conversations around the dinner table, stating, “It was about making sure people had a good experience.” Growing up in this environment, Fred Sirieix found inspiration in his parents’ commitment to service.
