George Burns and Gracie Allen transitioned to television in the 1950s with “The George Burns and Gracie Allen Show.” The show was a hit and ran for eight seasons.

George Burns is also a member of the Television Hall of Fame, where he and Gracie Allen were inducted in 1988. Burns continued to work in television throughout his career, including hosting “The George Burns Show” and “The George Burns Comedy Week”.
