George Burns started his career in vaudeville, where he met his future wife and partner, Gracie Allen. George Burns formed a comedy duo with his wife Gracie Allen, and played the straight man to her zany roles.

George Burns and Gracie Allen went on to make several films together, including “International House” (1933), “Six of a Kind” (1934), and “Love in Bloom” (1935).
