Robert John Arthur Halford is a heavy metal singer from England. He is best known as the lead vocalist of Judas Priest, a band that was founded in 1969 and won a Grammy Award for Best Metal Performance in 2010.

He is known for his powerful and diverse operatic vocal style, as well as his signature leather-and-studs look, all of which have become iconic in heavy metal.
Halford stated in August 2020 that he had completed an audiobook version of the book, which would be available at the same time as the physical edition.
In the 2022 American teen comedy-drama Metal Lords, Halford played himself as the character Kevin’s conscience.
