Laura “Lalou” Saint-Denis is the spouse of Benoit Saint-Denis. She is a former futsal player who won a European Champions League title as a member of the Toulouse Metropole Futsal Club.

Laura “Lalou” Saint-Denis is also the first female police officer to complete Special Weapons and Tactics training in France. Benoît Saint-Denis competes in the lightweight division in the Ultimate Fighting Championship.
Prior to his MMA career, Saint-Denis was a member of the 1st Marine Infantry Paratroopers Regiment, a unit of the French Army Special Forces Command.

Benoît Saint-Denis won the middleweight (under 82,3 kg/181 lbs) division, at blue belt, in the absolute category, and took 2nd place on the regular category at the 2018 West Zone Championship in France.
In 2018, Benoît Saint-Denis tried MMA and won the Invictus amateur tournament, on December 15, 2018, in San Sebastián, Spain. Saint-Denis made his professional MMA debut in 2019 and has since amassed a record of 13 wins, 1 loss, and 1 no contest.
