Lewis Black was born in Washington, D.C., United States of America. Lewis Black has been an “ambassador for voting rights” for the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) since 2013. When not touring, Black resides in Manhattan but also maintains a residence in Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
