Lewis Black was married once when he was 26 years old. He married his girlfriend of two years after she said she was pregnant with his child. After the marriage, the couple welcomed the child into the world and was living a healthy married life.

As of now, Lewis Black is not married and has no children. He has been in relationships with Emmy Award-winning actor Caitlin Clarke and comedian Kathleen Madigan, but both relationships did not last and they broke up soon after.
In 2015, Lewis Black lent his voice to the character Anger in the Pixar film “Inside Out” and will reprise the role in the sequel, “Inside Out 2”. Lewis Black is also a spokesperson for the Aruba Tourism Authority, appearing in television ads.
