Are Jackie and Margaret still friends?

The tensions between Jackie Goldschneider and Margaret Josephs, two key figures from “The Real Housewives of New Jersey,” were palpable at BravoCon 2023, where they made it clear that their friendship was still in turmoil.

During the “In a Jersey State of Mind: Part 2” panel at the event, Goldschneider, 47, expressed her gratitude for the new friendships she had formed, as she found herself at odds with her Real Housewives of New Jersey co-star. She shared, “I’m very grateful for my new friendships. I’ve had a great time, and I appreciate all the love.”

Dolores Catania, another cast member, acknowledged the shift in dynamics between Goldschneider and Josephs. Catania, 52, remarked, “I was. I think everybody was. They’re not in the same place they used to be, Jackie and Margaret. But I’m happy she’s here, and I’m in a good place with Jackie. That’s all that matters to me.”

The fracture in their friendship became even more apparent during the first part of the RHONJ panel, where Josephs, 56, revealed the extent of their falling out. She admitted, “Jackie and I are not where we used to be in life, we’re not where we used to be, which is sad.”

Josephs continued, “She informed me that we were not as close as we used to be. I think I took offense to that, and things went a little south. She has a nice case of amnesia.”

RHONJ star Melissa Gorga weighed in on the situation, expressing her confusion about the authenticity of Goldschneider’s new decisions in life. Gorga emphasized the importance of staying true to friends during both good and difficult times.

Goldschneider, on the other hand, clarified that she had a clear recollection of the events that transpired between her and Josephs. She explained, “I remember everything very clearly, and I think that clarity is why I’m there and not with Margaret.”

Goldschneider also addressed the panel placement, stating, “Friendships evolve, but again, that was a switch made by the higher-ups. It wasn’t only about me; someone was switched with me. But I am very happy to be here. I belong here.”

The two reality stars’ panels featured different co-stars, further highlighting the ongoing tension between them. While the exact reasons for their fallout remain a subject of speculation, it is evident that their relationship has evolved, and their appearances at BravoCon 2023 reflected this change in dynamics.
