Said Nurmagomedov (born April 5, 1992) is a mixed martial artist who is currently competing in the Ultimate Fighting Championship as a bantamweight. He previously battled for Absolute Championship Berkut and World Fighting Championship Akhmat as a professional since 2009.

He was the AFC Bantamweight Champion in the past. Against the unbeaten 4-0 Oscar Nave, Said Nurmagomedov made his professional MMA debut in 2009 at World Ultimate Full Contact 15. He used an armbar to win the fight in the opening frame.

He made a comeback in 2012 at Vale Tudo 3 to take on the newly minted Jolon Uulu Jayloobay after a three-year hiatus. Armbar in the opening round helped Nurmagomedov prevail. In 2013, Nurmagomedov made a comeback to greet Akhmed Sarapov, another rookie, during Liga Kavkaz – Battle in Khiv1.
