During her tenure as an assistant district attorney, Willis took the lead in the high-stakes 2014-2015 trial of twelve educators accused of manipulating students’ test scores to artificially inflate the results of state-administered standardized tests.

Her relentless pursuit of justice bore fruit as she secured the conviction of eleven out of the twelve individuals, who were found guilty of racketeering under Georgia’s RICO statute in April 2015.
In 2019, Willis assumed the role of chief municipal judge for South Fulton, Georgia.
