The bodybuilder and fitness author from New Zealand, Raechelle Chase, has more than 1.4 million Facebook fans. In 2011, Raechelle became the first Kiwi woman to compete in the Figure Olympia bodybuilding competition in Las Vegas.

She has become a fitness influencer and model in recent years, providing online fitness mentoring. Raechelle wrote in public about her experience exiting a “toxic and abusive” relationship she entered after divorcing Chris Chase in 2016.

Following his 2012 arrest for his part in the distribution of a designer drug that was eerily identical to ecstasy throughout New Zealand, Chris was sentenced to ten years in prison. The ex-bodybuilding celebrity stopped posting on social media on September 30.
