Rosetta Cutolo was an Italian mobster who lived from 1 January 1937 until 14 October 2023. She was the sister of Raffaele Cutolo, the president of the Nuova Camorra Organizzata (NCO), an organization he founded to revive the Camorra.

The day-to-day management of the business was given to his older sister, Rosetta, as her brother spent the majority of his time in jail, where he issued orders. She was known as “ice eyes” or Uocchie ‘e gghiaccio.

Rosetta Cutolo, who was excellent with numbers, bargained with South American cocaine lords, nearly missed blowing up the police headquarters, and was glamorized in the movie Il camorrista. Police conducted a raid on her stronghold in October 1981 while she presided over an NCO gathering.

The well-known New Organized Camorra (NCO), a mafia-style criminal organization founded by Rosetta Cutolo’s brother Raffaele in Campania in the 1970s, was regarded as having some of the most prominent members. The late boss’s heir, Rosetta, passed away at the age of 86.
