The former president of the Republic of Ghana John Dramani Mahama during one of his campaign tours in the Volta religion stated that he was going to create one million jobs for the youth should the NDC return to office in 2021.

Out of the million jobs, the former president promised to give the youth of North Tongu, 250,000 jobs spanning from agribusiness, forestry, construction and artisans among others.

“I WILL PROVIDE 250,000 JOBS TO THE YOUTH SPANNING FROM AGRIBUSINESS, FORESTRY, CONSTRUCTION, AND ARTISANS AMONG OTHERS.”

It is against this backdrop that the president, Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo has cautioned Ghanaians to not allow the former president to sweet talk them into voting Mahama back to power because he was unable to fulfill his promise whiles a president.
